Refund requests must be made within 7 days of course enrollment. No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period. If registration is successfully completed, no refund will be provided under any circumstances. If there is an error and the course is not registered despite payment, students are eligible for a refund provided the issue is reported to NeST Cyber Campus.
To request a refund, contact our support team at cybercampus.alv@nestgroup.net with your enrollment details and reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be processed through our Cashfree payment gateway.
Fees for completed modules, exams, and any administrative fees are non-refundable.
If NeST Cyber Campus cancels a course, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.
